I certify that the information provided on this loan application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I authorize the lender to obtain credit reports and other information about me as permitted by law. That if any information is found untrue/false, it renders my application invalid. I also Certify that I have read and I understand the terms and conditions stated at the begining of this loan application.

By this loan application and its eventual granting, I am deemed to have granted an irrevocable power of attorney to the cooperative society to deal with the collateral in any way upon failure to pay the loan including but not limiting to assigning same to anyone of it's choice in addition to the deed of assignment to be executed in favor of the society.

Kindly take this as my/our authority to sell the car/properties in your possession pledged as collateral to your cooperative for a loan facility.

The provided collateral is hereby pledged with an irrevocable and unconditional authority to you to sell in order to recover your loan facility granted to us in the event that we are unable to pay as stipulated on the loan agreement and other documents related to the loan facility.

This authority is given in good faith and in my best state of mind and remains irrevocable until the loan is fully liquidated.
